About WBP

The Workplace Bullying Project (WBP) was founded in 2023 as a passionate response to the bullying epidemic plaguing work environments everywhere.

Founded by Lauri Lillie, WBP's mission is to disrupt all forms of toxic, abusive behavior at work that destroy the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing and overall quality of life of employees around the globe. From breeding grounds and sponsorship in imposter leadership to complacency in coworker silence, bullying leads to destructive consequences that slowly, and often methodically, become an increasingly negative force in a Target’s professional and personal life, resulting in life-altering impacts.

But fear not – whether you find yourself currently immersed in a hostile bullying dynamic at work, are recovering from a previous bullying experience, are transitioning to a new work environment and you want to disrupt the cycle of abuse or are simply looking to assist Targets and this cause, WBP is where you are championed and validated. WBP is fully committed to fostering positive change, building awareness about workplace bullying and psychological safety, and supporting Targets of this workplace abuse on their path to abundance and employment where they will be treated with respect, dignity, fairness and collegiality.

Worker prosperity can only be achieved in a safe, healthy environment developed, promoted, and lived by strong, elite leadership who stand by the principles of psychological safety.
