Having daily access to Lauri via a secure app coupled with weekly 60-minute supportive coaching sessions, this support is highly sought after as clients experience immediate relief with regular access to a bullying expert.

 60-MinutePersonal Strategy Session

The 60-minute strategy support session is perfect for individuals who need guidance and expertise to understand the issues they

are experiencing at work and receive advice on how to navigate the bullying dynamic, prepare for important meetings or an investigation and develop an exit strategy that supports their goals.

Performance Improvement Plan/Warning Support

Responding appropriately to a PIP is critical to setting the tone for your success and maintaining control of your livelihood. Lauri will guide you in preparing a response that sets you up for success along with regular, structured check-ins throughout the PIP period to ensure you satisfy the objectives and requirements of the PIP.

Performance Review Preparation and Response

The performance review is a critical activity to ensure you remain in good standing with the organization. Bullies will use the review to lie about your performance and set the stage to potentially place you on a PIP. Receiving support from Lauri will ensure you stay at least ten steps ahead of the person bullying you.
